In a postapocalyptic world, sixteen-year-old Saint Amity joins a coven and sets out on a quest to summon the Devil in order to protect her village, which is controlled by group of pious elders.

With her sisters, she will stand against the evil power that lives beneath the black mountain--an evil which has already killed nine of her village's men.
